Zvi Gordon

Chief Executive Officer

Zvi Gordon is Chief Executive Officer of Gazit Horizons Inc., G City’s flagship US real estate company. Prior to his current role, Mr. Gordon served as Chief Investment Officer (Vice President of Investments) from 2017 to 2023 at G City (symbol TASE: GCT) for its global business with over $10 billion of real estate assets and prior to that as Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions at Gazit Group USA. Mr. Gordon has also been Chief Investment Officer of Norstar Holdings Inc. (symbol TASE: NSTR) since 2016. Mr. Gordon serves on the boards of Citycon Oyj (symbol HE:CTY1S) and G City Europe Ltd. (formerly, Atrium European Holdings Ltd. (symbol AS:ATRS)).

Mr. Gordon brings in excess of $15 billion of real estate and corporate investment and mergers and acquisitions transaction experience and extensive real estate management, investment, capital markets and leadership experiences to his role. Mr. Gordon holds a Bachelor’s degree, graduating Summa Cum Laude, from Binghamton University and a MBA, from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Sloan School of Management.

Doug Speckmann

Chief Accounting Officer

Doug has over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate, and has been in his current role at Gazit Horizons since 2020. Prior to joining Gazit, Doug served as the Chief Accounting Officer at Weller Development and prior to that as the Director of Property Accounting at Equity One.

Doug graduated with a bachelors accounting degree from the University of Redlands in Redlands California and is a member of the California State Society of CPAs.

Lisa Freifeld

Senior Vice President & General Counsel

Lisa has 25 years of experience in transactional commercial real estate with a focus on mixed-use, retail strip centers, power centers, urban street retail and multifamily properties. Lisa has been a key member of the core leadership team for Gazit Horizons since 2017 and is a trusted legal and business counselor leading increasingly complex transactions and assuming more prominent management positions during her tenure at Gazit Horizons.

Lisa provides Gazit Horizons with legal counsel and cross-functional oversight and management of matters relating to acquisitions, leasing, financing, joint ventures, property operations, asset management, human resources, risk management and corporate governance. Prior to joining Gazit, Lisa served as Senior Legal Counsel at RD Management LLC and was an associate in the Real Estate Group of Willkie Farr & Gallagher. Lisa graduated from the State University of New York at Albany, graduating Summa Cum Laude, and earned her Juris Doctor degree from New York University School of Law. Lisa serves as a member of the board of GTRIPLLE Canada General Partner Inc. and is also a member of the New York State Bar Association, International Council of Shopping Centers and Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society.

Dan Corwin

Senior Vice President, Head of Asset Management

Daniel Corwin is Senior Vice President, Head of Asset Management for Gazit Horizons. In this position he is responsible leading the Asset Management, Leasing, Property Management, and Re-Development teams for Gazit Horizon’s portfolio, which comprises of $1 billion of real estate in Boston, New York, Philadelphia, and Florida. He also serves as a member of Gazit’s executive and investment committees.

Daniel has more than 20 years of experience within the real estate industry. Prior to joining Gazit Horizons, Daniel was Senior Vice President, Head of Asset Management at Bill Gates’ Strategic Property Partners, where he worked on Water Street Tampa, a $4 billion, 9+ million square feet, mixed-use development that encompasses 56 acres of contiguous waterfront land in Downtown Tampa. He has also held successively more substantial positions with major commercial real estate firms including Federal Realty Investment Trust, Grosvenor Americas, CW Capital Asset Management, Wells Fargo Real Estate Banking Group, and Corporate Property Management.

Daniel received a B.B.A. in Finance from The George Washington University School of Business. He is an active member of Urban Land Institute (ULI) where he serves as founding chairman of the Tampa Bay Mixed-Use Product Council. Daniel is also a board member of the Downtown Boston Business Improvement District.

Chaim Katzman

Chairman

Mr. Katzman is also the Founder, Chief Executive Officer and controlling shareholder of Norstar Holdings Inc. (TASE: NSTR), G City’s parent company, was the Founder, CEO and Executive Chairman of Equity One, Inc. (NYSE: EQY), a leading, urban-focused shopping center that merged with Regency Centers in 2017, forming the leading US shopping center REIT. Mr. Katzman served in roles as EQY’s CEO and Chairman from 1992 to 2006 and as its chairman until 2017.

Mr. Katzman has also held several executive positions at multiple leading real estate companies, focusing on commercial, shopping center-anchored, mixed-use properties, including Chairman of Atrium European Real Estate (VSX/Euronext Amsterdam: ATR), and Chairman of Citycon Oyj (OMX: CTY). A pioneer of the retail investment and development industry, Mr. Katzman is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts (NAREIT), the Real Estate Roundtable and the Association of Foreign Investors in Real Estate (AFIRE), and a former trustee of the Urban Land Institute (ULI).

Mr. Katzman was awarded the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year® in the Real Estate and Construction Services Category in Florida in 2010. A well-known civic leader, philanthropist, and supporter of numerous civic organizations, he founded the Gazit Globe Real Estate Institute at Israel’s Interdisciplinary Center (IDC) Herzliya, an academic and research program focused on innovation and entrepreneurship in the real estate sector that offers a Master’s degree in real estate with concentrations in housing, land use and real estate finance. Mr. Katzman received an L.L.B. from Tel Aviv University Law School and serves as a Trustee on the Board of Governors at Tel-Aviv University.

Zehavit Cohen

Director

Zehavit Cohen is a managing partner and the Office Head of Apax Partners Israel Ltd. Zehavit has both led and participated in a number of key deals including Bezeq, Tnuva, Psagot, Paradigm, Syneron Candela Max Stick, Global E and 3M. Zehavit serves as a board member to a number of Apax portfolio companies and previously chaired both the Tnuva and Psagot boards of directors.

Prior to joining Apax Partners 16 years ago, Zehavit was Deputy Director General of IDB Holdings and Chief Financial Officer of the IDB Group. In the past, she served as VP at Chase Manhattan Bank and was a part of the International Department of Mergers and Acquisitions at the international accounting firm Coopers & Lybrand.

Zehavit holds a BA in Accounting from Duquesne University; an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh, and an MA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
