Since joining Gazit Horizons in 2019, Amy Tetreault has played a key role on the asset management team, overseeing the company’s Boston portfolio. With more than 20 years of experience in leasing, property management, construction, and lease administration, Amy brings a strategic, hands-on approach to managing a diverse mix of retail, office, and residential assets.

Prior to Gazit, Amy held asset and property management roles at prominent Boston-based real estate firms Wilder and Samuels & Associates, where she honed her expertise in operational oversight, financial analysis, and tenant relations, overseeing a portfolio of assets along the East Coast.

Amy earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Boston College where she graduated manga cum laude. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Harvard Square Business Association and remains actively engaged in the industry through her involvement with the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). She is also an Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).
