Nick Ife is a seasoned real estate executive with nearly 20 years of experience in asset management, leasing, and acquisitions across mixed-use, retail, office, and multifamily properties nationwide. He joined Gazit Horizons in 2024 as Vice President of Asset Management, bringing a proven track record of overseeing diverse real estate portfolios.

Before joining Gazit Horizons, Nick served as Senior Vice President and head of asset management at American Continental Properties and as a Senior Asset Manager at DRA Advisors. In these roles, he managed real estate portfolios exceeding $3 billion, spanning multiple property types and markets.

Nick holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and real estate from Temple University and is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). He is based in Gazit Horizons’ Miami headquarters.
