AER Tampa is located in the Arts District neighborhood of downtown Tampa, steps away from the Straz Center for the Performing Arts, Curtis Hixon Waterfront Park, museums and several entertainment options. The project broke ground in May 2022, and at completion will include 334 apartment units, a parking deck, and ground floor retail space.
